Content removal requests
Commons Radio shows streams, names, logos, and descriptions from third-party radio stations. A station owner, a rights holder, or any person reporting illegal content can ask us to remove or disable content.
What to include
To help us assess your notice under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act, include:
- the station name or the URL where it appears on Commons Radio;
- what you want us to remove or change, and the reason;
- why the content is illegal or infringes a right that you hold or represent;
- your name and email address; and
- a statement made in good faith that the information you provide is correct and complete.
How to send a request
Use the form below, or email the same information to info@commonsradio.eu. You can call your request a content removal notice, a copyright notice, or a DMCA-style notice; we will review it under the law that applies.
What happens next
We confirm receipt, review the information provided, and remove or disable the station when the request is valid. We then tell the sender our decision by email.
A station owner can ask us to change the station's name, logo, or description instead of removing the station entirely. Explain the correction you want in the reason field.
Send a content removal request
All fields are required. Provide enough detail for us to identify the station and assess the request.
