Delete your account

You can delete your Commons Radio account at any time, in the app or on the website. The deletion is permanent and you cannot undo it.

In the app

1. Open the Commons Radio app and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type your email address to confirm. If you sign in with a password, also type your password. Then tap Delete account.

On the website

1. Sign in and open your profile page.
2. Go to the Delete account section and click Delete account.
3. Type your email address to confirm. If you sign in with a password, also type your password.

Without access to your account

Send an email to info@commonsradio.eu from the address of your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete

• your account: name, email address, and sign-in methods;
• your favorites and your collections;
• your listening history and your preferences;
• your active sessions on all devices.

What we keep

• Stations that you suggested or added stay in the directory, without your name.
• Statistics that cannot identify you, for example the total listening time of a station.
• Server logs at our hosting provider, for a short period only. The provider then deletes them.
• Emails that you sent us, as long as we need them to answer you or to meet a legal obligation.
