- We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access, at our discretion, for any reason (including violation of these Terms).
- Upon termination, your rights to access the Service cease. We may delete or anonymize your account data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Termination does not waive rights or liabilities accrued prior to termination.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- "As is" / No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
- Limitation of liability. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use (or inability to use) the Service.
- Our total liability to you for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed [a reasonable amount — e.g. "€100" or "the fees you paid in the past 12 months" — or "zero"] (as permitted by applicable law).
- Some jurisdictions (e.g. under EU consumer law) do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Commons Radio and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

- We may also update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will attempt to notify you (e.g. via email or in-app).
- Your continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Belgium (e.g. Brussels) (to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws).
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g. acts of nature, war, terrorism, internet outages, strikes). If such a delay lasts longer than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement.
12. Severability & Waiver
- If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
